Our business is deliberately focused on one thing: factory-direct prefab housing. We design, coordinate the manufacture of, and deliver container houses, expandable container homes, flat-pack container houses, prefab movable panel houses, tiny houses on wheels, container offices, shops and pods, and custom modular villas to buyers, developers, contractors and public projects worldwide.
We do not own the factories — we audit and manage them. Every unit we quote is produced by a manufacturing partner we have inspected, under a specification you sign off before production starts. That model lets us offer factory-direct FOB pricing without distributor markups, while keeping one accountable project consultant between you and the plant from inquiry through installation guidance.

What we supply
- Expandable container houses — fold to a standard ISO footprint for shipping and unfold into a finished interior on site.
- Flat-pack container houses — knocked-down sets that load 4–6 per 40HQ and assemble in one to two days.
- Prefab movable panel houses — light-steel, relocatable accommodation for camps, sites and bulk housing programs.
- Tiny houses on wheels and space-capsule units for rentals, ADUs and hospitality.
- Container offices, shops & pods and custom modular villas for larger projects.
How we control quality
- Audited partners only. We work with ISO 9001 factories and can provide CE marking on request.
- Signed specification. Layout, steel gauge, panel type and thickness, insulation U-value, and electrical/plumbing standard (US / EU / AU) are confirmed against a drawing set before production.
- Material standards. Galvanized light-steel frames, EPS or rock wool sandwich panels, double-glazed aluminum windows and steel security doors as specified.
- Outgoing inspection. Units pass a factory QC check before packing, with documentation available for your review.
