Structure Warranty

Every container house and prefab unit we ship is backed by a written structure warranty — clearly and in the contract.

Coverage at a glance

10 Years

Main steel structure — the galvanized light-steel frame, corner castings and load-bearing chassis against structural failure under normal use.

5 Years

Wall & roof panels — EPS / rock wool sandwich panels against delamination and through-corrosion of the panel skins under normal use.

2 Years

Doors, windows & fittings — aluminum and steel doors and windows, plus pre-wired electrical and pre-plumbed piping against manufacturing defects.

What the warranty covers

  • Structural integrity. Failure of the main steel frame or corner castings under the design loads stated in the specification, when the unit is installed on a correct foundation.
  • Panel performance. Delamination, through-corrosion or loss of the panel skin that compromises weather-tightness or insulation.
  • Factory-fitted doors, windows and services. Manufacturing defects in the aluminum / steel joinery and the factory-installed electrical wiring and PEX plumbing.
  • Remedy. At our discretion we supply replacement parts or panels, ship repair components, or arrange a repair allowance — confirmed in writing for your case.

What it doesn't cover (consumables & exclusions)

  • Consumables and wear items — seals, gaskets, filters, lamps, bulbs, tap washers and similar parts subject to normal wear.
  • Damage from incorrect foundations, improper site drainage, or assembly that departs from our installation guidance.
  • Damage from overloading beyond the stated roof / wind / snow loads, natural disasters, fire, impact, corrosion from aggressive chemical environments, or unauthorized structural modification.
  • Appliances and third-party equipment (air conditioners, water heaters, solar kits) carry their own manufacturer warranty.
  • Normal weathering, fading or surface scratches that do not affect performance.

How to make a claim

  1. Get in touch. Email info@jxcircle.com with your order or inquiry number, photos of the issue and a short description.
  2. We assess. A project consultant replies within one business day, confirms whether the issue is covered and may request further photos or measurements.
  3. We resolve. Approved claims are settled by shipping replacement parts or panels, or a written repair allowance, and you are kept informed until the case is closed.

This warranty is provided by Juxian Circle Technology Inc. and applies to every container house or prefab unit delivered under a contract made through jxcircle.com. Nothing in it limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
