Shipping & Installation

From your request for quotation to a weather-tight unit on site — here's exactly how delivery with JX Circle works.

Consultant reply

Within 1 business day of your inquiry, a project consultant emails a formal quotation, freight option and proforma invoice.

Lead time

25–35 days from drawing confirmation to factory gate for most models; flat-pack sets can be faster for stocked configurations.

Loading

4–6 flat-pack sets per 40HQ; expandable units fold to a standard ISO footprint. Folded units stack with an approved stacking frame.

How delivery works

  1. Request a quote. Send us the model, quantity, delivery destination (country / port) and preferred trade term (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP). A project consultant replies within one business day with a formal quotation and proforma invoice — no payment is collected online.
  2. Drawing & configuration confirmation. We lock the layout, steel gauge, panel type and thickness, insulation, and the electrical / plumbing standard (US / EU / AU), plus any custom sizes or finishes, against a drawing set you sign off.
  3. Production scheduling. Your order enters the factory queue. Typical lead time is 25–35 days from drawing confirmation, with progress updates as key stages complete.
  4. Factory QC. Units pass an outgoing quality-control inspection — frame, panels, windows, doors, wiring and plumbing — with documentation available before packing.
  5. Sea freight. Units ship flat-pack or folded to your destination port. Flat-pack sets load 4–6 per 40HQ; we coordinate ocean freight and packing according to your agreed Incoterm.
  6. Destination-port clearance. On arrival, the units clear customs. Under CIF / DDP we assist with the documentation; under EXW / FOB your broker handles import clearance and duties.
  7. On-site installation guidance. We provide foundation recommendations (level concrete piers, slab or screw piles), crane-assisted assembly instructions, and water / electrical tie-in guidance so a single unit is typically weather-tight within one working day and fully commissioned in one to two days.

What you get with every order

  • A single project consultant who stays with your order from inquiry to installation — no rotating ticket queues.
  • A signed specification and drawing set, plus factory QC documentation before shipment.
  • Transparent FOB reference pricing in US Dollars, with final pricing confirmed in your formal quotation.
  • Foundation, assembly and utility tie-in guidance for your site crew.

Foundation & utility notes

Most container houses and flat-pack sets sit on level concrete piers or a slab; screw piles suit softer ground. Pre-wired 110V/220V packages and pre-plumbed PEX piping connect to your local supply at the tie-in points we mark on the drawings. Local permits, groundworks and licensed utility connections are arranged by the buyer with our guidance.
