Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JX Circle (jxcircle.com), operated by Juxian Circle Technology Inc.. By accessing the site or submitting an inquiry or quote request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business to submit an inquiry. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your inquiry applies to that project.

2. Products & pricing (FOB reference prices)

We design, coordinate the manufacture of and supply container houses, expandable and flat-pack units, prefab movable houses, tiny houses on wheels, container offices / shops / pods and custom modular villas. Prices shown on this site are FOB reference prices in US Dollars (USD) and are indicative only. They are not a binding offer. The price that applies to your project is the one confirmed in your formal written quotation and contract, which reflects your configuration, quantity, trade term (EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP), materials, certifications and current freight rates. Specifications, images and dimensions are for reference and may vary by batch; the confirmed drawings govern. If we discover an error, we contact you before any order proceeds to confirm or cancel.

3. Inquiries & no online payment

Submitting an inquiry or quote request through the site creates an enquiry, not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a formal quotation and you accept it, or when both parties sign a sales contract. No payment is collected online at any point. After you submit your requirements, a project consultant replies within one business day with a formal quotation, freight option and proforma invoice. Settlement is by bank transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) against that invoice. We may decline an inquiry where configuration, quantity, destination or fit is unclear, or where we suspect misuse.

4. Order confirmation, production & delivery

Once your quotation is accepted and the deposit is received, we confirm drawings, schedule production and manufacture to the agreed specification. Lead time runs from drawing confirmation. Shipping, customs clearance and on-site installation follow the process described on our Shipping & Installation page. You are responsible for site preparation, local permits and building approvals unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Cancellation & refunds

Orders cancelled before production starts are refunded in full; once production is scheduled, the deposit is refunded net of costs already incurred. Full conditions, procedures and exceptions are set out in our Refund & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Structure warranty

Delivered units are covered by the structure warranty described on our Structure Warranty page — 10 years on the main steel structure, 5 years on wall and roof panels and 2 years on doors, windows and factory-fitted electrical and plumbing, with consumables excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Customization & bulk projects

Businesses can request custom sizes, layouts, claddings and configurations, and bulk or multi-unit project pricing by contacting info@jxcircle.com. Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, drawings, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Juxian Circle Technology Inc. and may not be reused without written permission. Custom drawings prepared for your project are provided for the purpose of that project.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the contract value you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and damage caused by third-party ocean carriers, ports, customs authorities or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded.
