Overview
A road-legal tiny house on a tandem-axle galvanized trailer: 24 ft long, roughly 26 m² of interior across a main floor and a sleeping loft, finished to full residential standard inside and out. It targets ADU buyers, Airbnb and glamping operators, and anyone who wants a mortgage-free home that can follow them to the next site.
The structure is a light-steel frame on a DOT-compliant trailer chassis with 2.5 mm main members, clad in 75 mm rock wool sandwich panel with an optional timber-look exterior profile. Metal roofing with concealed fasteners, double-glazed aluminum windows and a fully insulated floor keep the envelope at U-value ≈ 0.38 W/m²K, and the towable package is rated for highway speeds in winds up to 120 km/h.
Standard configuration includes a full kitchen with cabinets, sink and provisions for a cooktop and under-counter fridge, a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin on PEX plumbing, 110V wiring with LED lighting and 12 sockets, a ladder or stairs to the loft, and propane-ready gas lines for heating and hot water.
Optional upgrades: off-grid package with 3 kW solar, lithium battery bank and composting toilet, split air conditioning, washer/dryer hookup, oak or bamboo interior millwork, and a fold-down deck with awning.
Ships as one complete towable unit per 40ft flat-rack (wheels and hitch removed for export) or is road-delivered within the destination country. On arrival it needs only leveling jacks, and utility hookups — water, sewer or composting, and power — complete in under a day.
