Overview

A 10ft insulated office pod for backyards, construction sites and sales offices: roughly 7 m² of finished workspace that plugs in and goes to work the day it lands. No foundation is needed beyond level ground or four piers, and the whole pod can be forklifted onto a truck when the project moves.

The pod is a galvanized steel monocoque with 2.0 mm corner posts, 50 mm EPS sandwich panel walls and roof (rock wool optional), and an insulated floor raised on bearers. One double-glazed aluminum window and a glazed steel door provide daylight and a secure close-up.

Standard configuration includes 220V wiring with LED panel lighting, six sockets, a wall-mounted distribution box with RCD, a data point, and provisions for a split air conditioning unit and a wall heater.

Optional upgrades: rock wool panels, factory-installed split AC, a workbench and shelving package, external brand-signage rails, and a small entry deck with steps.

Delivered fully assembled — six pods load into one 40HQ for overseas orders. Site work is limited to leveling, a power drop and, if ordered, condensate drainage; the pod is operational within hours of placement.
