Overview
Built for buyers who need livable floor area fast without paying for it twice on the ocean freight. The folded unit travels as a standard 20ft ISO container and unfolds in under an hour with a crane and a four-person crew, tripling its shipping footprint into roughly 33 m² of finished interior.
The chassis is a galvanized light-steel frame with 2.5 mm main members; walls, roof and floor are 75 mm EPS sandwich panels with rock wool available as an upgrade for higher fire resistance or colder climates. Factory-fitted double-glazed aluminum windows and a steel security door keep the shell secure from day one.
Standard configuration includes the pre-wired 110V/220V electrical package with LED lighting and eight sockets, a pre-plumbed bathroom with PEX piping, a compact open kitchen run with sink and cabinet space, and integrated folding hardware with hydraulic assist.
Optional upgrades: rock wool panels, split air conditioning, an instant water heater, a rooftop solar kit, timber-look interior cladding and a 180 km/h wind-load reinforcement kit.
One folded unit per 20ft slot — four units fit inside a single 40HQ for the flat-packed transport variant. Site preparation is limited to level concrete piers or a slab; typical installation completes in one to two days after delivery.
