Overview
A 40ft flat-pack in deluxe trim for buyers who need permanent-feeling accommodation with real thermal performance: two sets ship inside one 40HQ and assemble into a 30 m² two-bedroom layout in roughly two days per unit. It suits long-duration workforce camps, staff housing in cold or hot climates, and semi-permanent site offices with living quarters.
The galvanized light-steel frame uses 3.0 mm main members and the shell is 75 mm rock wool sandwich panel throughout — a U-value of ≈ 0.38 W/m²K that holds interior temperature in both extreme heat and freezing conditions. Double-glazed aluminum windows and an insulated steel door are standard.
Standard configuration includes two enclosed bedrooms, a bathroom pod pre-plumbed with PEX piping, a kitchenette run, 220V wiring with LED lighting and eight sockets, and a distribution box with RCD protection.
Optional upgrades: split air conditioning in each bedroom, an instant or storage water heater, upgraded kitchen cabinetry, and a 150 km/h wind-load bracing kit for exposed sites.
Flat-pack logistics: 2 sets per 40HQ. Assembly needs a crane and a three-person crew; weather-tight in one day, fully commissioned with plumbing and electrical tie-in in two.
